Florence is currently Vice President of Institute for Tourism Studies, Macao (IFT). She has been overseeing the Institute’s administration and operation of the Educational Hotel Pousada de Mong-Ha and Educational Restaurant for more than 10 years. Before joining the Institute, she received her diploma of hotel management from the Hotel and Tourism School of the same Institute. And then she worked in a leading hotel in Macau where she obtained her hands-on experience in hotel operations. Florence later on decided to pursue her studies with the University of East Asia where she gained her Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Afterwards, she earned a master degree in Educational Management from the University of Bristol. Florence obtained her experience in the professional and vocational training areas through managing a public vocational training center before joining IFT.
