A. Registration and Payment Methods

Registration Process

  • Email/ Fax Registration: Please complete the form with signature and send it back with the appropriate payment details and all related correspondence properly enclosed, to the committee:

  • Forum registrations will not be confirmed until the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed by the CTHF 2013 Organizing Committee.  
  • Only individual registrations will be accepted (that is, one registration form per participant).    
  • Should there by an error in the total amount made by the registrant, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to charge the correct amount.    
  • Accommodation costs are not included in the Forum registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.   
  • Registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration Fee

All participants are required to pay the basic registration fee stated in the registration form, which includes the following:

  1. Name badge, forum bag and program
  2. Admission to all sessions, all scheduled meal functions and refreshment breaks   
  3. Invitation to Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner   
  4. Certificate of Attendance

Registration and Payment Deadlines 

  • Registrants will be able to select the early-bird registration if the registration form is submitted on or before 2nd April, 2013 (Hong Kong time, GMT+8).
  • If payment has not been received by 2nd April, 2013 (Hong Kong time,GMT+8), registrants will be charged the standard registration fee.
  • If standard registration fee payment has not been received by 30th April, 2013 (Hong Kong time, GMT+8), late fee will be charged.


B. Forum Program

Forum program is subject to change, the CTHF 2013 Organizing Committee reserves the right to make final decision.

 

 

 

 

C. Personal Information Collection Statement

According to the Hong Kong SAR Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance - Cap.486 (the "Ordinance"), our committees are committed to fully implementing and complying with the data protection principles. CTHF 2013 is committed to ensure that all personal data is handled in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to set procedures and to ensure good practices within the committee on the acquisition, collection, recording, storage, disclosure, correction, erasure and communication of personal data kept by the committee on delegates.
