4. Win the Holiday Inn Express deal in Shanghai primary location – Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Gubei and this deal is nominated as the Holiday Inn Express brand “Deal of the Year 2010”
5. Successfully developed new strategic partnership with Vanke Group, the largest real estate company in China and win following 2 deals from Vanke.
